online delivery / access to the digital files you purchased.

1. Nature of Products – Digital Downloads Only

  • All items available on GraphicsDuniya are provided in digital formats such as CDR, AI, PSD, JPG, or other graphic-related file types.
  • These products can be downloaded instantly after purchase.
  • No physical cards, printed materials, or parcels will be shipped.
  • This means Shipping Charges = ₹0. We do not charge any shipping fee.

2. How Will You Receive the Files?

Once your payment is confirmed:

  1. You will see an Order Confirmation screen on the website.
  2. You can access and download your purchased files instantly from
    My Account > Orders or Downloads section.
  3. In addition, you may also receive an email containing
    order details and download links (if this system is enabled).

Note: Sometimes download access may be delayed by 1–2 minutes due to processing or server issues. Please refresh after a moment.

3. No Physical Shipping – Important

  • We do not send any physical product like printed cards, banners, parcels, or courier shipments.
  • You are purchasing editable templates, which you can download and edit using CorelDraw or similar software.

  • Ensure that your order status is “Completed.”
  • Check in “My Account” → “Downloads” if the file is visible.
  • Try refreshing your browser or logging in using another device or browser.
  • Also check your email inbox and spam folder in case the download link was emailed.
